This capture is based on The Fender White Lightning which is the now classic Hot Rod Deluxe but with white tolex and loaded with a Celestion G12 Century Vintage which gives the amp a more hifi charm and size. You’ll find that it has a very full yet clear eq, round yet interesting breakup, and a more spongey feel as opposed to the super tight and immediate feel of the more AC30 style amps which makes pairing the two styles together especially pleasant and interesting under your fingers.
If you haven’t found yourself loving the typical Fender Hot Rod Deluxe and want a bigger, more hifi eq with better breakup and feel this will provide that with ease.
The amp was tube rolled to achieve the most balanced eq and tasteful breakup response.
This purchase includes one capture using a Shure 545 into an API 512c preamp.
